To be setting the benchmark in Aged Care through a service culture that reflects "Friendship, Harmony and Understanding".

The name Amity was chosen for its meaning of friendship, harmony and understanding and it is what we set out to achieve when the company was first established. We want the Amity name to be synonymous with:

  • Setting the benchmark in aged care services
  • Having a culture of service excellence
  • Clearly valuing what is most important to residents and relatives when looking for aged care - that is, care delivered with kindness, understanding, warmth and compassion.
